The Secret to Staying Productive on International Trips

My secret to staying productive on international trips and minimizing jet lag time? Working out in the morning!

Since I workout in the morning at home, I recreate similar routines for my body while traveling. It helps me to minimize the time it takes to adjust to the new time.

During my classes with fitness coach @safonov.fitness.chicago I learned a few exercises that I can do anywhere, so a good workout doesn’t require a lot of equipment. This time I got very lucky with a great gym at @metropolhotel in Moscow - in addition to being a great hotel - their gym is fantastic!
