Benefits of Starting Your Day with Exercise
Why should every Entrepreneur start the day with exercise? Morning exercise increases productivity! Exercise has a multi-pronged effect when it comes to enhancing your performance on the job. It boosts stamina and fights fatigue, but it also promotes a calm, focused state of mind that can help you do your best work – here are some of the benefits I discovered for myself:
-Gives you more energy – even a 20 minute workout 3 times a week gives me an energy boost for the week. I do exercise every day – rotate types of workout and length, but even a 20 minute workout makes a difference on my energy level.
-Boosts your mood. If you’ve ever had a bad day, you know how hard it can be to do your best work. I start my day with a workout to set the day on a positive note. Even if the day was not exceptionally productive I feel good about my workout.
-Acts as a stress-management tool. Exercise doesn’t just increase feel-good endorphins, it also lowers levels of stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, helping you feel calmer and more relaxed.

After coming back from hiking Tour Mont Blanc I started regular workouts with a personal trainer. After 2 weeks I feel more energy, increase muscle tone, less discomfort in joints, lost a few pounds, less food cravings and more enthusiasm about each day!
