Restaurant with only two dishes by Russian restauranteur/ Entrepreneur

New York City never ceases to amaze me. During my last visit, I came across a restaurant called “Burger and Lobster” that happens to be founded by a Russian entrepreneur, Mikhail Zelman. With only 2 signature items on their menu, I was surprised to discover that the restaurant is very successful in London, Zurich, Kiev and of course the Big Apple. The philosophy of quality over quantity definitely proves true in this case, and it keeps people not only coming back for more, but spreading the good word. So proud of another Russian entrepreneur bringing great concepts to the world market.
